Information you give us. When you join our waitlist or write to us, we collect your email address, your name if you provide it, and the contents of your message.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting platform collects standard technical data — IP address, browser and device type, and pages visited — and uses cookies and similar technologies to make the site work and to give us aggregate visitor statistics.

We use the information above to send the waitlist and launch updates you have asked for, to reply when you contact us, to operate and improve the site, and to comply with law and protect our rights. We do not use it for anything unrelated to Le Rummy Privé.

We send marketing email only to people who have signed up for it. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can always opt out by writing to bonjour@rummyprive.com.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share it only with the service providers who run things for us — website hosting (GoDaddy) and email (Google Workspace) — and with authorities where the law requires it. If our business is reorganized — for example, into a company we form, or in a merger or sale — your information transfers with it, under this same policy.

This site uses cookies set by our hosting platform for site function and visitor statistics. Some browsers send "Do Not Track" signals; this site does not currently respond to them.

We keep waitlist and correspondence information while it is needed for the purposes above — for the waitlist, until launch communications end or you unsubscribe — and then delete or anonymize it.

You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing bonjour@rummyprive.com, and we will honor such requests wherever you live. Depending on your place of residence (including California and the EU/UK), you may also have specific legal rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data and to object to certain processing; we will respond as applicable law requires.

This site and our products are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; if you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information, though no transmission over the internet is completely secure.

We operate from the United States, and information is processed and stored there.

We may update this policy as the business grows — for example, when pre-orders open. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
